More and more large profitable Baltic corporates are contributing a portion of their EBITDA to startup investments. However, CVC topics are still in relatively early stages in the region. The Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum 2022 will dig deeper to look at its potential in the regional VC ecosystem, looking into the most active industries in CVC as well as into ways of structuring a CVC to maximise the benefit.
