About

Baltic M&A and Private Equity is the nr 1 networking event for the Baltic M&A industry and market participants interested in the region.

The common theme this year is putting capital to good use. There is a new generation of significant wealth accumulating in the Baltics, including family offices and successful start-up founders. Remarkably, this capital is searching both for great business opportunities and a meaningful mission.

The 2022 focus topics will be:

  • Outlook for Baltic M&A and PE
  • New trends for family offices
  • Corporate venture capital on the rise
  • Impact investing gaining foothold
  • Cases revisited: Printful, Fortum, Linas Agro Group, SALK

Since its launch in 2010, the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum has developed an excellent reputation among private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, advisers, company managers and shareholders, bringing together 200+ participants each year.

As a networking event, the forum offers a platform for making contacts, finding business opportunities, sharing experience, and spending good time.

See you in Tallinn on 7 April 2022.

Corporate Venture Capital is increasingly gaining the attention of Baltic entrepreneurs. More and more large profitable Baltic corporates are contributing a portion of their EBITDA to startup investments. However, CVC topics are still in relatively early stages in the region. The Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum 2022 will dig deeper to look at its potential in the regional VC ecosystem, looking into the most active industries in CVC as well as into ways of structuring a CVC to maximise the benefit.
