Martin Richards - teacher, trainer, coach ● Martin taught at schools in the UK and in Sweden. ● For 30 years, he ran a business as an independent English trainer and coach. ● He was trained to be a Co-Active coach, gained the CPPC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification and the ACC, Associate Certified Coach, credential. ● During the final phase of his coaching career, he coached educators in Sweden on behalf of the Swedish Education Authority. ● Martin founded C4E, Coaching for Educators; and co-founded the non-profit ibmee where he is currently Director for C4E.
